Fire Brigade Detectors

Fire personnel are exposed to hazardous scenes regularly. At times the gas risks they could be exposed to are underestimated due to the speed of their operation. A multi-gas monitor that detects for a range of gas hazards is advisable. Standard confined space monitors cover for four gases – in the case of fire brigades our larger five gas portable that can also detect for CO2 or VOCs may be better suited.

Our multi-gas monitors alert for flammable gases, carbon monoxide, a range of toxic gases and of course low or high oxygen. Our PID sensor can also detect for Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) which can result from burning material.
